At ResinHouse, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase.

If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, you may be eligible for a return.

Return Request Period

Customers must inform ResinHouse within 2 working days of receiving the order if they wish to report a damaged, wrong, or defective product.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Eligible Reasons for Return

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To help us review your request, we may require clear photos or videos of the product and its packaging.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved because the product was damaged, incorrect, or had a manufacturing defect, ResinHouse will provide a free return solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for eligible non-customized products that are returned and approved under this policy.

Customized products are not eligible for returns or refunds because they are specially made according to the customer's requirements.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by ResinHouse.

Customized Jewelry

Customized jewelry cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed or production has started.

Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Jewelry Hygiene Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items, including earrings, may not be eligible for return unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

  • Free from damage caused by the customer

Returns may be rejected if the product has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or mishandled by the customer.
