Shipping Charges

We offer:

Free delivery on orders of Rs. 2,999 or above.

For orders below Rs. 2,999, applicable delivery charges may apply and will be communicated or displayed during the order process.

Customized Products

Customized jewelry requires advance payment before production begins.

Once production of a customized product has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive order tracking details through the contact information provided during checkout.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. ResinHouse is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
